Risk-on regime still intact, breadth perfect, but look at the crowd: every major alt is 68-75% long on Binance, funding barely positive, and the big accounts on Hyperliquid are short XRP by $6.8M while piling into ETH and BTC longs. Vol is asleep at 38.4, skew mildly bid for calls — nobody scared yet, which is usually when you should be. BTC-Nasdaq correlation flipped negative, so this is crypto doing its own thing, for now. Fear & Greed at 75 is the number I’m watching — we’re one geopolitical headline away from that thing snapping.
