Regime still says risk-off, but the majors are acting like nobody sent the memo: BTC at $80,872, dominance 59.4%. Retail on Binance is long everything, and funding is positive enough to feel comfortable — which is exactly what worries me. The accounts that actually got paid last week are net short $756.2M on BTC alone. Options are pricing 37.4 vol with puts bid, so the hedgers aren't buying the calm. Spot BTC ETF is the one real bid at +$110M. Somebody's going to be somebody else's exit. Watching next whether that ETF bid survives the US cash open.
